Sprint and DCD 3.2.6

ok I have a question, I am using DCD 3.2.6 and when I am in my home area I can make and receive calls just fine. I can also receive and transmit text message just fine. Now when I leave my home area, I stop receive incoming calls. However if they leave me a vioce mail I can receive them just fine. When someone tries to call me it goes straight to voicemail.

Has anyone had this type of problem?
