Ok i was searching a bit about the windows mobile processes and i found this maybe someone could find usefull:

NK.exe - this is the kernel, killing it obviously kills the OS
filesys.exe - this is the file system - again, you can't kill it and keep
running
device.exe - this is the driver manager process
shell32.exe - this is the OS shell
gwes.exe - this is the Graphics, Windows and Events Subsystem. It's
required
services.exe - this is the services host
connmgr.exe - connection manager. you probably need it for comms
repllog.exe - ActiveSync
ConManClient2.exe - The Studio debugger proxy

i also need to know if someone has been interested if u know what these proc do?
rapiclnt, sapssettings.exe

in a thread here i found out that by killing sapssettings.exe made some bluetooth fix?!?!
Just trying to free my ram. thx!

Go to your start menu and probably in the expert menu you will find sap-settings. It's for remote-bt-sim-access!

Well udp2tcp sounds like some Internet protocol translator, you know from udp to tcp, like on private wifi networks where udp is active...
rapiclnt looks like it's some active sync process, since it always appears on google with problems with active sync.
