Help! QWERTY PROBLEM ON T MOBILE WING

I got my wing about 4 months ago and it just started to malfunction. The 'u' or '2' button on my qwerty pad is constantly being pressed. When i send text messages all it does is type 'u' and when i receive or make a phone call it keeps dialing the number 2, which makes calls almost impossible. Does anyone know how i can fix this?

all i can advise is do a hard reset if it works great if it doesnt contact tomobile and have em send another one

I got that problem too on my other Wing, exactly the same problem. I am afraid you have a faulty motherboard, that's what we have found out after my friend (a cellphone technician) diagnosed it for almost a week... At first we thought it was the flex ribbon connecting to the motherboard but it was not, we even tried removing the flex ribbon connecting to the motherboard while the 2/U is acting up.. and still it never stopped..
