Unlock Sim for XDA IIi Alpine series Model PH20c

Hi,

I have an XDA IIi Alpine series Model PH20C. I wanted to know how to unlock the sim so that I can use it outside england.

I found some the link on the fourm that would unlock the sim for
alpine: PH10C PH10D

However I did not found any tool to unlock the PH20C model.

Any help would be appericated.
