try going to start /settings/personal/today bottom tab items and put a tick in mobile shell box. that should work

mobile shell is not a theme it is a user interface once you have ticked the mobile shell box when you go back to your today screen on the right hand bottom tab should be mobile shell

i create a folder by 'Program Files'

You can install SPB themes by unpacking the zip file and extract it to program files/spb mobile shell and overwrite the files...

that should do it
