Softkeys line missing

I have the nueROM3 version, and for some reason the softkeys bar on my today screen is missing (the bar that holds the soft keys on the bottom). Occasionally I can see just a small part (maybe just from a paint operation) of the bar on the left, but most of the time nothing.

Anyone know why, and how I can get the softkey bar back? Thanks.

Make sure you dont have NueNOBARS selected. It kills the bottom bar.
