WST 4.2.2 Unlock problem on E650

Hey Everybody,

I have a problem unlocking my Orange SPV E650 using Wizard Service Tool.

-Hard reset the device
-I copy CERT_spcs.cab and EnableRapi.cab to my device
-I install both files (CERT_Spcs.cab won't install: "not intended for this
device"?
-I open WST 4.2.2 and click "Repair IMEI".
-The "Repair IMEI-box" opens and show nothing (in both fields)

I've tried this with different ROM's (VOX, E650, S710).
I've also tried different "unlocking CAB's" (RemoveSecurity.cab, SdkCerts.cab)
I've also tried it with "Microsoft Security Configuration Manager" (this works)

Problems:
-I can't alter IMEI
-So, I can't unlock the phone from Orange

When I boot the phone in bootloader-mode it shows:

I really don't understand what is wrong with this thing.

I have already unlocked a few S710's this way, and it worked flawlessly.

Does anyone have any idea what's wrong?

BTW: I have a good working (unlocked-) S710 laying around here.
Is it an option to make something like a "full backup" of that one,
and write it to the E650?

There is a unlock thread here, where it tells you what exactly you need to do. It comes with a small "donation" though.

I have already unlocked so many phones, that I just won't have it that I cannot unlock this one for free; it's like a sport ;-)

Apart from that, I have already unlocked multiple phones of this (hardware-)
model, so I would really like to do it myself, with maybe a little bit of help.

I have already read all unlocking threads, and my problem is not mentioned, that is why I placed this post.

For money you can unlock anything, but it's just no fun... ;-)

as its an orange e650 -same as i have
i found i couldnt flash a new rom as it was locked
all i did first was install Orange debrand pack from Modaco forum and voila! lets you flash!!
maybe thats why you have unlocked other 710's as yours isnt a 710 yet its a E650!
hope that helps-worth a go :)

What he tries has nothing to do with USPL. He tries to remove the SIM-Lock, which prevents you to use a different SIM-card.
