Flashing ITALIAN HTCP4350 to GERMAN :)

Hello all,

i have got today an HTC P4350 from my Cousin in Italy, he has a new one and i got this :)

First i was super happy, i thought i could easy change the language ^^

I have updated the htc from the htc homepage to the newest version 6.1 update.

My System information:

Versione Rom: 4.17.408.2 ITA
Data Rom: 06/20/07
Versione radio: 02.94.90
Versione protcollo: 4.1.13.44
Versione ExtRom: 4.17.408.102

IPL: 4.17.0001
SPL: 4.17.0000

What i tryed was, copying the RUU files from an German HTC update the RUU_signed.nbh, SPL.nbh to the RUU folder of herald-uspl folder and startet an update.

All worked fine, i got the white screen but then when the update launcher startet it give me an invalid model id error 300.

then i startet it again, i saw the bootloader in my htc but then it stoped at "praying..." nothing worked after that active sync got gray, updater startet but couldnt connect to my HTC, then i took out the akku cell out of the htc, now it is working as italian, it didnt damaged ^^

what should i try next? i would be happy if someone could help me out :)

What you should do is HardSPL your device first (see here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=358225)) then go find a German ROM for Herald and flash it.
