1st impression. good rom, but seems a bit slower than dioxda's recent m2d rom.

storage: 52.69mb
program: 18.45mb

program mem is low. no java. mms not a big issue, don't use it. wifi works even after standby.

few questions: where can i get esmertec jbed? if installed with opera mini, will the internet tab work?

I think the problem is in taskmanager!!!
Try uncheck "Enable the "x" button to end running programs".

Why does Manila 2D stop, when Opera 9.5 ist starting?
I have tested many times, it's always the same!
Starting Opera-Browser - Closing Manila.
I think it is the small memory of our Prophet.
X-Button i have allready disabled, i have installed Quickmenue.
Here you can exclude tasks for ending with "x" or "OK" button.

Yeah, the TouchFlo 2D closes when starting Opera. Pretty weird. I've tested the WiFi, and it's not working that great. Is it my device, or I'm not the only one experimenting that? But the ROM is pretty clean and nice. I like it. I've just got a s200 and got it HardSPL. I'll come back with more bug reports.

Hi Can you tell how you solved YouTube player problem. I can only play YouTube in opera with flash 3.1 but this is a little to slow.

And the ROM ever greater when it is a "Clean" and using the default skin/theme from HTC & Microsoft. The only "problem" for me is the wait cursor is not the default cursor. I am still prefer the default cursor from Microsoft, more colorful. How to restore/install the default cursor? Is it related to gwes.exe.0409.mui?

The reg key is here: Make sure that opera is default browser then that will lauch on it's own also make sure that the reg is pointing to the youtube.exe in windows that's how i got mine working :)

it works fine.
a newer version (5.0.70.24 Beta 6) i tested, doesn't work on my prophet.
just try the 5.0.31.16, it is good in my opinion.

if you downloaded a rom before, where the files are there, you can use them.
just replace the nk.nbf-file with the new one.
so it works fine for me.

Hi,
if i'm right, opera isn't installed, so u've to install opera and everything is fine.
there are several opera versions available. i think one of the best is v. 4.1
I use 4.1.11320 but u've to make your own experience so try some versions.
you can backup your phone with "spd backup" for example, after you can install opera version xxx and try a little bit. after that u can restore your backup and try the other opera and so on.
just think about that.

You need to install opera and you tube i have found the best option is to download the M2D update pack not v20 and only install opera and you tube if you want (Don't try to install Manila update or you will need to hard reset take that from experience :( )

I must say its a EXCELLENT ROM.but I am facing some problems like

Some Problem I have been facing on this ROM..
1.I am unable to set MP3 ringtones..(SOLVED MANUALLY CREATED 'My Ringtones' FOLDER IN MY DOC.
2.You tube and Opera I had download the M2D update pack but both opera and you tube make my phone very very slow...(have installed on MemCard)
3.Infact you tube will just show error'cannot play this video'(my phone is connected via PC thru Broadband)
4.Still no soln on the AudioBooster I am not able to use it ...
5.Htc Album wont respond in full screen...have to reset the device most of the times
6.Most times the microphone behaves strange..others cannot hear my voice clearly they get more of surrounding noise..(I have also checked it myself and voice is very low on open traffic)

I am sorry to have posted so manny prob bt all and all its a Very Good ROM..

just rename youtubeplay.exe on program files to youtube.exe and put it on windows folder

still running this rom i have done a few flashes of a couple of roms later builds but i end up back here only problem i have is memory loss but a quick hibernate brings it back(quick menu) volume also seems louder on this rom ,also if you use a simple theme it runs better. Still love this rom.

Dear friends, I tried several ways to use HTC Audio Booster but there is no chance please command me to using this good soft.

I must say its a EXCELLENT ROM.but I am facing some problems like

Some Problem I have been facing on this ROM..
1.I am unable to set MP3 ringtones..(SOLVED MANUALLY CREATED 'My Ringtones' FOLDER IN MY DOC.
2.You tube and Opera I had download the M2D update pack but both opera and you tube make my phone very very slow...(have installed on MemCard)
3.Infact you tube will just show error'cannot play this video'(my phone is connected via PC thru Broadband)
4.Still no soln on the AudioBooster I am not able to use it ...
5.Htc Album wont respond in full screen...have to reset the device most of the times
6.Most times the microphone behaves strange..others cannot hear my voice clearly they get more of surrounding noise..(I have also checked it myself and voice is very low on open traffic)

I am sorry to have posted so manny prob bt all and all its a Very Good ROM..

I might download it again from the link and flash it again, meanwhile if sum one have a soln on this
Has any one found a soln on this ...I really love this ROM bt cannt flash it again especially for reason 6...

After 2 weeks rebooting and crashing - I understand that - m2d use too many ram for itself and another applications dont run safe. I stop some but ram is near 20M and m2d crashed

Great ROM, I've been using it for a week now.
M2D is really a revolution in WM user interface - I like it better than Spb Mobile Shell, mostly because it is light (memory) and fast (CPU).

With the addition of:
* a proper contacts manager: PocketCM Contacts
* a file manager: Total Commander
* a decent keyboard: PocketCM Keyboard
* a task manager: WkTASK
* MMS: ArcSoftMMS

I am only missing a proper calendar viewer, best would be if M2D had a calendar tab, where you can see the following 5 appointments, any ideas anyone?

Is is possible to have the beautiful clock in LF Xtreme BLUE V2 without the whole M2D? I want to use a clean wm6 rom and after install only the clock.
