Noob q: Backup before ROM Flashing?

So, I cooked a rom in the kitchen and missed out on a few things to install, I was wondering if I can do a SpriteBackup and reflash the rom and restore with all the GPS, PRI and, PRE settings for VZW AGPS or will I have to go thru them again?
