Bluetooth exchange folder: how to change it?

I'm writing on the behalf of a friend of mine who wants to know if it's possible to change the default folder (which he suspects exploits the onboard ram) for bt received objects and files, in order to receive them on the 4 gb memory bank instead of the pre-defined allocation.
