MP3 Sound as message tone

Hello,

I configured an MP3 sound as message tone. But my message tone keeps on playing until the MP3 has finished.

Even when i open the message i received the sound keeps on playing.
How can i prevent the sound from playing when i open the message?

simple but shorten the mp3 file to a better length and use that??

Yeah, can you not 'Crop' it down into a smaller size that only lasts for a certain number of seconds?
