Need help with Wing

I smashed my screen in today. The phone was initially a piece of shit and the screen had finally just stopped responding to touch, but I still need to get the phone numbers out.

I don't know how to use active sync well and I'm afraid to completely wipe my contacts. I haven't used active sync to back up my phone in almost a year. Can someone help me out on the steps to sync the phone so that it doesn't destroy my contacts? Or should I go to T-mobile to have them transfer my contacts to my old MDA?

activesycn teh comp copy the pim.vol to the storage card or to the comp get the new phone RENAME the pim.vol on the NEW phone and put the OLD pim.vol file in soft reset and boom your done
