Operator Name

Since I put my new sim in today, which is from de service provider debitel, i got debitel shown as the operatorname on the today screen and in my phone settings.

Since I am on the KPN network I would like to show the today plugin NL KPN. When i choose to manually select the operator I see all four dutch networks, including NL KPN. The network selector thus shows the right name.

First tried to add 20408 to the HKLM/Software/Microsoft/RIL/Operatornames key but that did not work.

Furthermore I tried the following registry hacks:

HKLM/Software/OEM/PhoneSetting/ONSDisplayRule=0
HKLM/Software/OEM/PhoneSetting/Enable3GLongNamePrefix=1
HKLM/Software/OEM/RIL/ShowSPNOnly=0
HKLM/Software/OEM/RIL/ShowSPN=0
HKLM/Software/OEM/PhoneSetting/LongNamePrefix=UMTS

I dit also try the cab file called OpMon but that did not work either?

Any other suggestions?

I am on a HTC Polaris with WM 6.1 WWE (Official rom by HTC).

Never mind, I found a solution myself.

Changed the value of ONSDisplayRule to different values. ONSDisplayRule=9 works for me. Combined with the above registry hacks.
