Not to pry, but how are you handicapped, it is a pretty simple process.

Are you able to plug in your device to be synced/charged? if you can do that, and use your pc mouse, you can flash a new rom.

My dominant arm has been useless since a bad fall, I've had several surgeries on it and am currently in a cast...and on major painkillers which make me loopy, and I am able to flash a new rom. As long as the device can get plugged in, flashing is easy.

I do not know of any service that does this. Perhaps a friend can help. Unlocking the device is super easy if you follow Dr. P's sticky, and once done, flashing a new rom is a point and click deal. Dr. P makes the whole process idiot-proof, so find a 3rd grader and pay said 8 year old $5, pull up Dr. P's sticky and wait 20 minutes. It is much cheaper than finding a service, and truthfully it is that easy. My son who is a 2nd grader helps me when I am in a cast. I flash new roms as often as I change underwear (so either that's a new rom pretty much daily or really crusty undies...and my undies aren't crusty).
