Need help Dumping Vogue ROM

I would like to dump the latest stock ROM released by sprint so that I can take the touchflo and cube settings from that ROM and imprort them to a cooked ROM that I prefer to use, though does not support the cube. I have looked around for a 'How to' to do this but found nothing specific for this phone. If someone could point me in the right direction, what software I need, etc., I would really appreciate it. THanks in advance!

Also, if you have better suggestions on how to get the cube working with TOuchflo3 on a cooked ROM, please let me know.

Touchflo 3 doesn't really work with the cube....i know i've gotten the default cube to work with it, but the sprint cube I have had no look with :'(
