After I googled around i found that Wizard have a problem. So when the battery gets low and the phone got shutdown because that reason, i must use a new battery (or do some hijacking with the cables) to power up the old battery again.
Seems that the usb connector cant charge the current battery if its Windows is not started. This is very weird and stupid, so i dont belive it, can some one confirm ?

Btw, my phone startups until the "Windows" screen when loading and nothing more.

It is indeed true, if your charger is not strong enough. You MUST use a WALL CHARGER, not a USB connection on your computer with an output of 1AMP in order to charge a completely dead Wizard battery.

the interesting part is that... i met one of my friends and he take a look of the battery (i dont know much about electricity things). So the battery was 80% charged...a hard reset finished the job, but took me 1 day for searching for new battery and searching for fix. Seems that the problem was from windows mobile, but i will go and buy a wall charger for any future case :)
10x for the fast reply :)

yes, impossible to charge while the battery is completely dry ...
When the battery goes dry the only way (known by me) to recharge it is that I pull out the battery and make contact on the battery using needles to make contact from 5 Volt charger to battery (don't do it if your not sure which one is + ) for about 1 minute and thats enough to wake up the ppc.
this is not the best way, for sure ,,, but it works.

Try the PC reset trick. Take the battery out and unplug the USB. Hold down the reset pin for 20 to 30 seconds. Put the battery back in and try to power it up.

I don't know if it will work. On a PC the circuitry gets some sort of internal power loop going on in the capacitors. Removing all the power and holding the power button on for 20 to 30 seconds will short out the condition. Then everything works fine.
