rom question

hello, i have a question, ive just recently put the touch flo 3d on my rom. now if i got bored of this rom and wanted to put another rom on there. do i just install the new rom or do i have to like get rid of this one somehow. can anyone help me out with this? thanks

usually what i do is just flash anthoer rom but if ur running into issues flash oem rom then flash away to other roms
