Freeze out in the Red,Green and Blue HELP!!!

Hello guys:

I'm goin to be very specific about my problem. My phone AT&T 8925 just turned this mornig Red, Green and Blue. This is what read in the screen:

Security Unlocked
KAIS1*0
SPL-3.56.0000
CPLD-8

I know that my data is lost because I Did the dowloads that HTC personel told me to do: http://www.htc.com/us/supportdownloadlist.aspx?p_id=67&cat=all.

It does not do anything I have press Camera + Soft restart, took out the batery, I have performed "task 28 55aa" and all that (btw... "boot" does not funtion for me eather). I have read about MTTY, SPL hard and soft, and I found out that I'm computer Iliterate. I feel dummer than a donkey and I don't know what else to do.

Please help me out. And if you are so kind... would you "spell it out" for me?
Step by step... like a 5yo...

*What can I do to fix this problem?
*Feel free to ask me anything of what I did or I didn't do.
*I don't mind to open this mofo in order to fix this problem
*i don't mind using other OS that is not from AT&T

that screen is called your bootloader (red, blue, green). ...why would you go out using mtty?? do you know what the program does? if you go to the rom development section of forum there is a whole thread (stickied by the way) dedicated to this issue. You should try flashing a hardspl onto your device and than flash another rom and hopefully that should fix you up.
