QTEK 9100 in bootloader and not flashing, HELP PLEASE

Hi, recently ive got my qtek rebooting and one of the times it didnt pass the bootloader, the screen is red green blue and white at the end, and written, IPL 2.18 and SPL 2.18, if I conect it to the USB it says USB at the end, i have a windows vista PC, can you write me a small guide to get my phone working again, of it's not possible with vista the how to do it with XP.

use the wizard service tool 4.2

First it's better you work under XP not Vista, just download a previus ROM expl : Button's 1.05 ROM <== :) (http://rapidshare.com/files/18212239/CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE.exe.h tml)

with activSynch installed on your pc connect your PPC (turn it on : even if it's in RUU mod : "Multicolor screen") to the USB and just lunch the rom you downloaded folow steps.
