opal Phone Canvas for Herald

I have seen this on a couple roms that I have installed but I didn't like the rom itself. Does anybody have the cab or oem for this? I tried a couple I found but they made my phone end up in an infinite loop of rebooting. Thanks for any help.

That is the one that messed up my phone. When I installed that, I had no button and when I tried to uninstall it, locked up my phone and I had to hard reset.

Correction: I figured out what was going on. I didn't uninstall the previous dialer. This works once I followed the directions. Usually helps.
