Bricked Treo....HELP!!!!!

I turned my phone on this morning and it will not get past this screen...It has
red, blue, green and white boxes with the number 0.19 in blue in the top middle.....what happened??? How do I fix this????:eek:

use the memory card and put a ROM file and install the same rom you have before

have you tried master reset? hold down send and end key while pushing soft reset button on side with the stylus.
