[REQ] contact selection alphabetical

Hi wouldnt it be nice to have some one develope this for the diamond? as a standard plugin, and not a complete installed app??

The picture is from Vitos Funcontact, a good app, however long load time, this is why id love it "native" to manila :)

What is wrong with the built in contacts app that has the same alphabetical selection on the right hand screen

i dont have that in my contacts, how do i activate that?

I know :) but vito is way to "heavy" to load, this is why i need a native app to show that alphabet on the side of the right screen.

Install HTC Random Access.

It was standard on my diamond. I am using the latest official Orange ROM v 1.93
Maybe it wasn't standard on earlier roms ?
