hey i just flashed my phone w. PhamQuang's
new ROM, i flashed it before when it first came
out and i had no problems whatsoever, but
i decided to be safe and flash it again but this
time w. the original AT&T ROM, then HardSPL
then flash again w. PhamQuang's ROM, all was
well when the ROM was automatically installing
the .cabs and whatnots to the phone after
you first turn it on and align the screen, i HAVE
service while its installing those .cabs but after
it soft resets then it says: NO SERVICE =/
i have a HERM100, located in NYC, USA with AT&T

Hi,
Can be many things. I'd suggest:
-Make sure the SIM is recent and working (or ask your operator for a new one)
-Possibly reinstall the Radio stack
-Reinstall the ROM
If none of the above brings a fix, I would suggest to visit the thread about dead Radio here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=369434
All the best!

1st thing to check....
Whats your radio version/ do you have a radio rom or "NO GSM"?
If the radio rom is there then reflash a radio only rom (I'd use the sd card method as the radio is the easiest way to brick your Hermes if something goes wrong) to what other people on your network are using.
Cheers...:D

Did you go into Settings, Personal, Phone, Band and make sure they were on Auto?

Had same problem with his manila rom - make sure both bands set to auto - even though the option checked is the right one for usa - it worked for me to set em both to auto. Good luck
