What you mean as to stop it connecting as soon as you plug the phone in? To stop it booting when you start computer? Or some random i just can't think about {lol}

If it's one of the above the download CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com/download) go to Tools\Startup and disable H/PC Connection Agent.

Umm use the save battery cab from my media fire which can be located under smartphone programs... This will tend to cancel out Activsync and improve your battery life as well... :)
