[help]have a 3g videocalling problem

hi, i have a tytn II , when i make a videocall to any device who supported 3g this answer me like a voice call. And if any device want make a videocall to me the dial signal is present, but I don't see anything on my device. please help me, cause i cant find any solve to my problem !!!!:confused:

This is the 3rd or 4th I've seen coming to the wrong forum for help in the last couple of weeks.... It's sad they don't know what device they've got....:(
