Please help with Treo 750 Unlock!!!

Hi,

i have Treo 750 want to unlock!!

IPL:0.20
SPL: 0.24.0000'

i try with Cheeta unlocker and MAGIC Unlocker, both not work.

it this because of the new SPL0.24??

can anyone give me instruction how to please!!

i had same problems with my treo. first like oli says in his first post about hard spl make sure you have net compact framework 2.0 on your computer. what worked for me was in your c drive there is a folder called tempche. delete that file then run unlocker again. i only did first step on my treo just so it would be hard spl'd. never did step 2 and so on cause i didnt feel a need too.

im not sure about what spl means but i do know that you need to have it done in order to install a cooked rom. it basically unlocks your phone so you can flash different roms that the chefs cook. there really isnt to many people cooking roms for the treo. theres only about 3 or 4. i think everybody got different phones so thats why your not getting responded too very quickly. i too have a tilt and a treo and i like to bounce back and forth between phones. i have the wm 6.1 lite rom on my treo. if your looking at just upgrading from wm 5 to wm 6 you dont need to do a hard spl. stock roms allow you to flash without unlocking your phone. im not a computer genious here but i will try and assist you however i can. ive been in your shoes before trying to figure all this stuff out.

i forgot to answer your question about where to find the spl. it shows up in your bootloader screen. you can see it by pressing down the lower left side button and pushing soft reset which is located on the other side where you put your mini sd in. there is a small whole that you use your stylus to push in. you can just soft reset again to get out of the bootloader screen.

i used cheeter unlocker. I
did step one and two
successfully. But at the end i get
the debug error which some
people got. So i copied htc herm
unlock v3 to the phone. I ran it
from phone and selected sim
unlock and it was succesfull. But
when i turn on radio, i get "you
have tried 5 times, wait for time
out shit".
Please anyone, what am i doing
wrong, or what should i do to
unlock my machine?? It has wm6
from at&t.
