Problems with T-mobile Dash

Anytime I reboot my dash, it makes all my receiving and incoming calls always on speaker. I can't hold the button to make it go off speaker. Also when I reboot my dash, It makes Windows Media Player play the songs x2 fast. The only way I can fix this is by plugging it into my computer. Is there a way to fix this permanently? Also my USB headphones do not work at all. It will always play out of the speaker. I can't seem to find a way to fix that at all. I am running Excalibur WM6.1 ROM by Kavana on my phone.

Get your official ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=381726&highlight=official+roms) for phone and flash if it does it then you have a real problem with phone
