been working on a theme.. but dont have time to do all the work necessary to actually turn my mortplayer design into an actual skin. (mortplayer skinning is kind of confuses me)..

if someone likes this design enough to be willing to take this on I will supply you with all the graphics so we can work together!

** also.. I am taking suggestions, so shoot away **

looks like this so far:
(not fullscreen.. the windows mobile topbar will be visible still with this skin (qvista skin can be used as basis for this skin))

anyone up for the challenge?
(right now I just need help making the mortplayer design an actual skin)

would be greatly appreciated (I would love to be able to use this skin :-D)

I like the look. Do you know if the ThrottleLock skin will work with a VGA device? thanks!

i can make it VGA, just have to resize the images to be larger ;)

i may start to just release parts of the theme this weekend if i have time even if i dont get help with mortplayer by then so keep an eye out!

That rltoday Skin doesn't look too bad, but I'm curious as to why you chose rlToday over say Homescreen ++ or ThrottleLauncher. But none the less its a great scheme you've got going there.

Also... Its abit difficult to determine artist from the screenshots of Mortplayer provided, you should probably make it abit more obvious or uniform with the track or possible associated with the track name itself (Title - Artist) etc.

used rltoday cuz im used to it and its simple/i know how to skin it

I also can accomplish everythin I needed to accomplish.. Im not familiar with ++ (does it do something rltoday cant?)

no throttlelauncher because it is too much, and then I cant use weatherpanel.. I just like the simplicity of my set up as it is (I use ultimate launch have 1 bookmark page set up within UL, 1 shortcut page set up within UL, rltoday with appointments, time, alerts, date, some more shortcuts and then a weather page)

as for the mortplayer, I see what your saying, but as it is whatever is within parenthesis (), is the artist. once you know you probably wont forget it, plus then that it saves space (good for qvga especialy)

sorry bro i have never skinned anything in my life. once my grandfather asked me to help him skin a goat ... couldn't do that either :)

best of look though. looks nice so far.

yeah ill look for the throttlelock skin on my computer when I get on it and then upload it!

what I need is help with the mortplayer skin file it just takes so long to do!
let me know if you're interested and ill send you each page which you can cut up (photoshop or paint-not sure about paint) and then place (via the skin file) if you want to :D

This looks rather good!!! For those Throttle Launcher fans you can always install the RL Today Page as a plugin whilst changing the footer pngs, should be easy enough. I'll be having a go at this, if it works in TL we should buy the guy a pack of beers each... Agree?!!!
