Looking for program launcher

Hi,
I am looking for applications launcher, I think I saw it somewhere, but I can't remember where. There was list of all of your applications and you were selecting them by typing (like in dialer and it was using T9). Do you know name of this application?

It doesnt do the whole search by typing but its still pretty cool looking and has nice smooth scrolling.
