create custom skins for spb question...

hi folks,

i tried to create a custom skin for my samsung omnia with spb.
i followed the little tutorial on this site. (this one (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=378367&highlight=Spb+Mobile+Shell+Skin)) my problem is:
when ive done all the steps, theres no picture in my background.
its black... can someone point me to some tweaks and tricks or
maybe another tutorial, how to change the background picture
for spb?
