Internal Memory gone..

I've tried everything, soft resets, hard resets, clearing storage + formatting, but whenever i connect it into disk drive mode to my computer, it fails to find the Mass Storage Device, on my memory tab it says "Total storage card memory: Not Installed" and i just cant seem to get it to work. I really have no idea why this is happening.

come on lad! i shouldnt even need to reply to this post.
this is normal, whenever you connect your phone as a USB drive it automatically locks the storage so your phone wont see it! its to stop two systems ( your PC and phone) from accessing/modifying the same source (storage)

he might mean that it is just never there... in which case, hardware fault. or FAKE. lol
