inbox on today screen unresponsive

I have my Treo 750 check my gmail account every 5 minutes. I have Inbox activated on my Today screen. When I have no email to be read, I can click the on screen item (envelope icon or words: no unread email) and it starts the program. If I have mail to be read, I click the icon or the words and it never starts the program. What happened?

what exactly did you do? did you flash a new rom? was it working before now not at all. you on att or tmobile? need to know more to possibly help you?

Was working, but then stopped. Did a hard reset, and still not working. Very weird. Only unresponsive when there is a message waiting.

figured it out. seems the latest good.com software build introduces this issue.
