FREEEEZE : need to soft reset at the end of call !

hi

ive gat a problem since few days.
Often when I finish a phone call, the screen freeze. anything is working, the screen stay like if the call continue.
only one solution: do a soft reset.:(
I tried different rom (duttys panosha...), I tried to hard reset many times...the problem always comes back.
I wondered if it wasnt the radio ?
please someone HELP !

After calls... Freezes 80% or more. I don't know if maybe it is 100% of the time when the other end hangs up first. (I don't get it with Voicemail!)

I also get freezes some other times. I don't think it is memory related, (before someone suggests it.) Also Please don't tell me to Hard Reset. I have Hard resetted to my heart's content, also directly after every Rom Update (to get GPS working)
