Désimlockage planté

Désolé je poste en Français ...
J'ai un HTC touch cruise chez bouygues et j'ai voulu le désimlocker: avec PolarisUnlocker.exe

A la 1ere étape mon ppc est resté bloqué à 99 % et depuis c'est le drame.... :eek:
Au démarrage j'ai l'écran rouge, vert, bleu, blanc, avec comme info:
RUUNBH
POLA100
SPL-1.28.0000
CPLD-2

Mon PPC ne synchronise plus, plus rien à faire je sèche complètement:confused:.

Mon français est ne pas bien. Mais j'essaie...

Vous devez débrancher le téléphone comme il affiche des couleurs. Après quelques secondes, vous avez besoin pour le monter de nouveau sur. Après quelques secondes, il voir une barre de progression. Si elle ne fonctionne pas, vous avez besoin d'un reset difficile d'essayer (hard reset).

You have to do an effort in order to abide by internal laws of this Forum.

Anyway:
N°1) Take back your POLARIS.
Do a SOFT RESET.
If it works and everything is back to normal, then go N°3

N°2) If a Soft Reset did not work, then a HARD RESET will do.

N°3) READ and READ again and AGAIN the STICKY posts at the beginning of the POLARIS page and you will see clearly that you should have done first the SPL before anything else. Then you process with your Unlocking.
