Upgrade HTC S720 ROM WM6 to WM 6.1

HTC has launched WM6.1 for Telus HTC S720. I am using the same model HTC S720 with Reliance, India.
When I am trying to install the Telus ROM it gives error 294: Invalid VENDER ID.
Pls provide the procedure to unlock HTC s720 and install WM6.1 on it.
