German HTC Kaiser ROMs

I'm using the original HTC Kaiser ROM in German.

WindowsMobile: 6.0
ROM-Version: 1.56.407.3
ROM-Datum: 09.05.2007
Funkempfänger-Version: 1.27.12.11
Protokoll-Version: 22.45.88.07H

I will be upgrade to a newer one also in German. I'm a little bit confused.

Here my questions:

1. Must i made a HardSPL on my HTC TyTN-II when i use a coocked HTC German ROM-Version....? My HTC TyTN-II is not SIM-Locked....

2. Wich radio version i must use....?

3. Where i can find the Original HTC TyTN-II ROM working at the moment on my Kaiser, just in case i will go back on my version....?

4. Is it possible to made a thread, comparing all WinMob. 6.1 German version ROMs....?
