HELP! speaker phone on all the time

I am using V24 vanilla WM6.1 For Excalibur By Kavana 080408 - Remade By Rickywatt and the speakerphone is on all the time when I make phone calls, I tried to shut it off when making a call, (under menu) and still does not work, I turned the volume all the way down, and still speaker... It worked fine before upgrading to 6.1. and I have tried other versions and it always comes back after awhile. any help or a .cab to shut the speaker off?

Lol yeah, Ive had that same problem- Tmo support said it was possibly caused by moisture causing a bad circuit (which i doubt) only solution i could find was to get it replaced..GL

Yah most likely it is a hardware issue that is causing it...
