Use RealVGA with the 96DPI pack. HTC home will now fit the screen perfect. Also try to get the HTC Home Customizer. It works great.

Both RealVGA and HHC (HTC Home Customizer) can be found on this forum.

Ive tried Real VGA and the 96 dpi setup. They work to make HTC home better, but the biggest problem is what they do to other things. The dialer no longer works correctly. Not to mention all the problems with opera and skyfire. Real VGA just doesnt work for me. Any other ways to alter HTC home? Ive tried SPB and throttle launcher, but non work for me.

When you switch to 96dpi, you can choose to apply the phone skin or not. When you choose No you will have a functioning dialer, with only a visual gap below it. Works very fine for me.

I tried that but it didnt work correctly for me. The buttons (end and call) on the phone didnt work, and the smart dialer no longer worked. Im just over it.

I have been using the Samsung today screen app. I find the icons cartoonish but it shows the time, calls, sms, email and calendar in the main screen.

That is where I found it.
