Manila M2D tab animation lost...!! Why??

I noticed in some roms that the animation when shifting from 1 tab to the other is present and in some is lost also in the google maps tab the text that flies from below upwards in roms with animation, just appears in those without

i tried to install flash player but still the same

how can i enable this animation? is it a setting in the XML file??

What rom you're using?
Some of that roms are using a newer version of M2D , it makes the animation lost.
