Wifi problem with wm6

Hello,

I've flashed my hermes with the official wm6 rom. 3.54.256.2
My rom version is 1.47.00.10.

But i've a wifi problemm, i can connect to my router only if i'm 2 meter far. If I go downstairs my hermes didn't detect the wifi. My other pda the HTC touch detect it in all the room of the house.

Can you help me.

"R" is not ROM version
is Radio Version and yes you are 1.47.00, but let me tell you that the radio GSM version is not the same to works for WIFI so... the WIFI works with his self radio version installed by default in every device that uses this kind of WIFI waves... the two i know are 802.11B and G but this is not the problem ok these are only protocols....

The matter is that maybe you have a hardware issue... I has a Universal with this same problem exactly this problem and.... let me tell you that the anthena for wifi was unexpected removed and when I diassemblied the device it pops up (I said GOD Damn where does this comes from Ba!!!!!! its not important) i left it and lost the little piece of metal so.... search for the WIFI ANthena diassembly your device and watch it by yourself or take your device to the technician.... ;)

Have you got a picture or an help to tell me where's the wifi anthena.

At the adress there is picture of a open Hermes can we see anthena.

Do a search using the words "HTC service manual hermes". You should find instructions on how to pull apart and put you Hermes back together with no problems. Use a size 6 torque key, a flatbladed screwdriver and you won't need the philips head screwdriver.
