Can't unlock what? the SIM or the CID? Need more info. Also, it is dangerous to give out your device IMEI #. I recommend you X out the IMEI # immediately. Your device can be very vulnerable to hacking with the IMEI # in the wrong hands.

i have to of that phone but one its unlock of AT&T and the other with swisscom i have unlock the swisscom HTC but the other one (AT&T) like impossible the radio dont change i have try many solution but only the radio dont wanna change and when i put sim carte in the phone that what he sad
