phone bricked hard spl

when i restart phone it says smart mobility and wont go past that screen.
when i enter bootloader it says IPL 4.26.0002

started with touchflo 7.3
then tried to flash touch it final

let me know if any other info is needed and i will try to find it

Have you already tried installing another ROM? That might solve your problem.

i am unsure of how to install another rom, the activesync cannot connect
so the installers cannot connect to my phone.

are you using vista or xp?
