ROM 19209 vs 19217

Can anyone advise what the differences are between these 2 WWE ROM versions? Is there any reason to install 19217 over 19209, or is it just for different carriers?

19217 (rom 3.27.405) is of course newer. I posted the other one just in case :)

Thanks! I guess what I was looking for was any indication of what might be new -- my x7510 came with 19209 but I'm curious to see what improvements might be available in 19217. It's just a hassle to have to reinstall all my software.

Ok. We know that 19217 is newer then 19209. But more info would be very welcomed.
Is it faster then 19209 build?
Does GPS Photo work in this ROM (in 19209 does not)?
What version of HTC Home does it has (if any)? A "big" one or a "small" one?

This info would be helpful.
