My Trinity is not working!Please help

My trinity don't get out of this screen "Press SEND to restore factory default,press END to quit".I've tried all the ways i know to make it boot normally but i wasn't good sucessfully.Is always appearing that screen.Please help.Sorry by the bad english.Thanks
