Can a sprint touch work on verizon?

Yes it can, you need to have an agent call in to tech support and have the esn added to verizons database then flash the phone with a verizon rom. I actually just did it for a customer of mine using a mogul. It takes 3-5 days for the port to go through, but it is pretty easy.
