Searching for HTC USBtoPCPopUp for ELF

hey guys!

I'm searching for a USBtoPCPopUp qvga cab for my ELF...
still found only the diamonds vga version... :(
Also people said that this app has to be modified for use on ELF.
Did anybody do that?

Would be very nice!
