How to get Igo8 to see the GPS receiver on touch?

I just installed Igo8 on my touch, the program launches but can't find GPS receiver... does anyone have a clue?

I have my ports setting correct in the system setting I've tried to autoscan but no go.

Are you using an external GPS? If not, then it won't find anything as the GSM Touch does not have a GPS chipset.

I have the CDMA iphone from Sprint.

Interal GPS works when using with LIVE etc..
