Inconming and outgoing calling not working... text message working

Hi everybody
I have such big problem
I can't receive or give any call
but text messaging sumone works really well...
Is there anybody here who had the same problem..?
Can you please give me a solution

ps : it happens suddenly... cause 30 minutes before i was able to dial and call sumone

ps 2 : i had a message who told me my sim card is busy
