i have k-lam sound not work & speakar not open , but when i recived call tones is work ok . what can i do !!!

The ringtone sounds cause the ringtone sounds on your headset and in the speakers on the device at the same time.... so the problem is your conector audio
blow it with air strongly men maybe it has a little piece of metal making contact on the pins and the device thinks he got pluged the earphones.... or plug and unplug repetedly and fast the earphones litle plug jajajaja like making love having sex with her !!!! :p
